Li & Associates Design Studio(LADS) is a NYC based multi-disciplinary practice founded in 2016 by a team of highly diverse and talented global young professional designers who were passionate in architecture and interior design.

LADS is aim to create value for clients through distinct aesthetic and innovative thinking in collaboration with artists and consultants. LADS is dedicated to provides precise design services that range from furniture to installation, residential to commercial, and cultural to hospitality.

Brad Li

Brad Li received his Master of architecture (NAAB) from the graduate architecture and urban design (GAUD) at Pratt Institute and B.A in interior design (CIDA) from Oklahoma Christian University with Dean’s Award and B.A in environmental art from Xi'an Polytechnic University. He had worked at different sizes of architectural firms and practiced extensively in Shanghai, Beijing and New York. He has successfully led a series of architecture and interior projects in China and in the US.

George Queral

George L. Queral is an award winning Architect licensed in New York State. He is a graduate of the Boston Architectural College class of ’83, a Steedman Fellow at the American Academy in Rome and a recipient of the Lloyd Warren Fellowship in Architecture given by the William Van Allen Institute. His working experience includes working in Large firms such as Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in Boston and New York, James Stewart Polsheck and Partners and Interior Architects NY, He has also worked in small firms such as David Smotrich and Partners, Naomi Leff, and McIver-Morgan and has worked on the design of a variety of projects ranging from Office Buildings, Public School Kindergartens, Gaming Casinos, Maintenance Buildings, Corporate Offices, Retail and Residential. He has taught Design Studios in City College School of Architecture and Parson School of Design. George was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in Mexico and the United States, has lived in Paris, France and Rome, Italy. As a painter he has exhibited work in Miami, Boston, New York and Italy.

Viviana Wang

Viviana is a project manager in LADS design. She works a wide variety of project types, include hospitality, retail, museum and workplace environments. Current projects include the MoCA Manhattan New York, MoCA Long Island. Her extensive interior experience includes Wisdom Tree New York Office, Condé Nast Beijing Office, and L'Oreal China offices as well as Red Cross and Crescent Permanent Exhibition Museum Geneva, Switzerland.

A CIDQ and LEED AP +C, Viviana graduated from Pratt Institute with an MS degree in Interior Design and BS degree in Environmental design in College of Fine Arts Shanghai University. Prior to her tenure at LADS Design, Viviana was a senior designer at VOA associates New York and project manager at VEP Design at Shanghai.

Hengxuan He

Hengxuan received his Master of Fine Art from the graduate interior design at Pratt Institute and BFA in Exhibition design in China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He has work experience in both Beijing and New York, and specializes in hospitality and high-end residential projects. He joined Lads design as an interior designer and has applied his knowledge on many projects including the MoCA Lawrence New York.

Anqi Gu

Anqi Gu received her Bachelor of interior design from Pratt Institute. She previously worked at Amir Khamneipur design where she participated in several luxury residential and hospitality projects. She joined LADS design as interior designer and has applied her knowledge on many projects including The A&B's residence.
